Card Download Support

If you need to download your digital membership card we provide two ways to get assistance with downloading your card to your wallet.

The first way is to click on the box below titled Digital Card Download Self Service. This will open up a form. Enter your Member Number and Last Name to view your Member Profile. In your Member Profile you will see a link titled Digital Card Download link. Click this link and your digital card will download to your wallet.
The second way is if you do not know your Member Number, please click the box below titled Digital Card Support Form. Complete the form and a member of our team will be in contact with you to provide your card download link.
